Micro Malting Plant

A micro malting plant is a facility for the micro malting of barley, which is known industrially as malting. It is used to determine the suitability of the barley used for malting and its behaviour during malting in different processes.

Bakery

The bakery is designed for practical training of full-time students and for recipe development in cooperation with the commercial sector.

Confectionery workshop

Confectionery pilot plant
manufactures confectionery and chocolate products including shells, fillings and toppings with subsequent assembly of finished products.

Meat Pilot Plant

The meat pilot plant processes and innovates traditional recipes of meat products.

Dairy Pilot Plant

The dairy pilot plant processes milk into dairy products, innovates their recipes and experiments with various non-traditional ingredients.
