We offer cooperation with industry in the field of verification, introduction or development of new technological processes, consulting activities and cooperation in the development of new recipes. We also provide active support in solving external projects with food topics, where the involvement of the research organization is required by the provider of the subsidy (MZe, SZIF, TAČR, etc.). We have experience in the field of regional and farm food production. We have a wide database of contacts related to all areas of food production.You will find here six semi-operations that are used for teaching, institutional research or presentation of our university to the public. The individual pilot plants are independent of each other and have considerable potential for cooperation between the university and practice. Our laboratories provide the semi-operations with the necessary analytical facilities.
